WEBKINZ

Webkinz is a fun online game. Webkinz is similar to neopets. There are many differences to neopet such as in order to start an account you have to buy a webkinz or lil'kinz plush. You can also decorate your room(you can buy rooms and a yard for your pet.) You can earn kinzcash while playing games. With the kinzcash you can buy food, beds, toys, decorations, etc. If you get a webkinz or have one never sell pet exclusives or exclusive items.

Randy and Stacie's Wedding

On Saturday, July 19, Brian's niece Stacie married Randy Vaughn. It was a beautiful and fun day. They were married in the Newport Beach Temple with lots of family and friends in attendance. We brought the boys down the temple so that they could be in the pictures and they had a blast with their big cousins. I think Ethan was impressed by Stacie's dress because he asked, "Do you have to be a princess to get married?" After pictures, we went to Islands for a family luncheon. Again, the boys were impressed. Islands is now their new favorite restaurant.

We had enough time before the reception in Carbon Canyon to go home, wash & iron the boys' church clothes and get a little rest.

The reception was perfect and really reflected Stacie and Randy's personalities-- Beautiful, fun, relaxed, and friendly. A day like that really reminds me how blessed I am to be part of two great families.

Next week, we are headed for our Francis Family Beach house trip to Ventura before we have to start thinking about Back to School stuff.

Jacob's Little League Photos

Baseball has been over for more than a month but I wanted to share these pictures. Thanks to Erika for the personalized photo CD. We had such a good coach, group of parents and kids that it was sad to have the season end. Now we just play catch in the backyard and have family games at the park.

Josh is Off to BYU

Last night, we went down to San Clemente for an Open House for Josh. He graduated from San Clemente High School a few days ago and is starting the Summer Session of BYU next week. He is a good cousin and friend to our boys. We are proud of Josh and hope he has fun at school.

Luke's T-ball Season

Last night, Luke had his final event as a Diamondback in HHLL T-ball--the team party at pizza co. He was proud to receive a medal for 5th place in the tournament and a trophy for Best Defensive Player. He loved playing catcher. The coach and team mom did such a nice job and were so generous. He also got a bucket of goodies, a t-shirt, and a CD with some great shots of their game versus the Angels. I had to post several of the best photos.

Summer is Here!

I have been meaning to start a family blog for a while but now that summer is here, I seem to have a chance. I'm sure it will look pretty cheezy until I get some practice but I'm giving it a shot. The main reason for starting this blog is to keep in touch with family and friends but an alternate motive is to find some of my fellow alumni from Los Altos High School. Next year will be 20 years since I graduated from high school and I'm starting to plan a reunion. I have seen a lot of people's pictures on Doug Freeze's website lahsreunion.com but need to get in touch with a lot more alumni from the Class of '89.
